The intention of this special experience is to encourage you to fully ground into your body's innate vibrance. Amanda Luna has been teaching Yoga for a decade. She has the experience and adaptability to weave your class to meet your individual needs. She is fluent in teaching various styles of yoga, strength, cardiovascular and interval training and qi-gong. This is not your typical yoga class. You will be exploring all planes of motion, shaking, building heat in the body and also practicing detoxifying and balance poses. You will be guided through various breathing techniques, proper alignment, and explore different anchors of awareness, mind, body, heart and more. This practice calls you back into your body to build and deepen the relationship with all of your aspects. Can be especially supportive for those who may feel disconnected with their bodies after, recently experienced plant medicine, beginning or restarting a movement routine. This a sacred safe container where you can intimately re-establish a deeper connection to your sacred vessel supporting you to feel grounded, strong and fully embodied. The space you'll be practicing in is healing in itself as it is overlooking a breath taking mountain range built with natural materials setting with artisan hard wood floors and handcrafted bamboo features. The sounds river flowing and birds singing support you coming back into your true alignment with mind, body and spirit.
